Exceptional Gluten-Free cakes made in Nottinghamshire
We work by appointment only and can deliver our cakes throughout Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, the East Midlands and nationwide subject to delivery charges. All of our cakes are made from scratch using Tina's own exceptional blend of gluten-free flour for superb performance. We use fair trade and responsibly sourced ingredients. We pick our own berries and use fresh British butter, and British free-range eggs.
Tina prefers not to use jam or flavouring from a bottle. Instead, we make fruit compotes, curds, caramels and syrups so the flavour comes from ingredients. Tina began baking over twenty-seven years ago when her daughter was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. Baking became a way of life. she started along the path of sugar art in 2011 as a form of stress relief, finally leaving her NHS career and solely concentrating on her edible art. Years of understanding gluten-free were formalised by successfully completing training accredited by Coeliac UK.
