Exceptional Gluten-Free cakes made in Nottinghamshire
We make all of our cakes from scratch using our own exceptional blend of gluten-free flour for superb performance. We use fair trade and responsibly sourced ingredients. We pick our own berries, use fresh British butter, British free-range eggs and prefer not to use jam or flavouring from a bottle. Instead, we make everything ourselves in small batches just for your order. Our organic red currants, Worcester berries, and elderflowers are picked locally and we use these in our fruit reductions, curds and syrups. Gluten-free is available on all 20 flavours. Tina began baking over twenty-five years ago when her daughter was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. Baking became a way of life. she started along the path of sugar art in 2011 as a form of stress relief, finally leaving her NHS career and solely concentrating on her edible art. Years of understanding gluten-free were formalised by successfully completing training accredited by Coeliac UK.
