At Celebrity Cakes, we pride ourselves on crafting exquisite gluten-free cakes made from scratch, using our own remarkable blend of gluten-free flour for exceptional taste and performance. We dedicate our workspaces to ensure zero cross-contamination, maintaining the highest quality standards.

We are committed to using only the finest, responsibly sourced ingredients such as fresh British butter, free-range eggs, and locally sourced organic berries and fruits handpicked by us when in season. Our founder, Tina, discovered her passion for baking in 1994 when her daughter was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. This event led her to devote herself to creating visually stunning and delicious gluten-free cakes. Tina herself follows a gluten-free and grain free diet. 

With years of experience in gluten-free baking, Tina has formalised her skills by achieving a 100% score in Coeliac UK-accredited training. Tina has also successfully passed the Food Standards Agency Food Allergy and Intolerance Training and holds a level 2 Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Food Safety in Catering qualification and has trained with renowned world class patisserie and sugar craft teachers across the globe.
