• Refunds: Unfortunately, due to the instant access to the course materials, refunds will not be given under any circumstance once a booking has been made, even if the confirmation email has yet to be sent. Please be sure of your purchase before buying.

• Payment Method: The fee for the Service and any other charges you may incur will be charged as outlined on the course content page. 

 

Content Ownership and Usage

• Your Uploads: You represent and agree that by uploading any content (including designs and images) to the Website classroom or members community, you own all relevant rights or have the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree that any uploaded content may be publicly displayed in the classroom or membership areas on the Website.

• Course Usage: You are free to replicate any design you learn in any of our courses for your own cake-making business and artistic purposes. However, you are prohibited from using our design images and claiming them as your own creations. Any content taught in the online classes is for your personal use. You may only teach the course content or parts of the course content in the future with the written consent of the Director of Celebrity Cakes Ltd. We actively encourage you to develop your own skills for teaching purposes.

 

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service for any reason, including if you violate any provision of these Terms. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and Service anytime.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Celebrity Cakes Ltd. harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses arising out of your use of the Website, its content or Service and any course available from Celebrity Cakes School.
