Tina has lived gluten-free since 1994, perfecting the science of specialist baking long before it reached the mainstream. As a mother to a Coeliac daughter, her commitment to safety isn't just professional—it’s personal. Our award-winning status is rooted in this lifelong expertise, combined with CIEH Qualified management and Coeliac UK Dietary Management training.
From our Nottinghamshire studio near Sherwood Forest, we serve a nationwide clientele who demand more than just a 'pretty cake.' Our clients seek the peace of mind that comes from specialist protocols, bespoke flour blends, and a white-glove delivery service to the East Midlands' most prestigious luxury venues, including Swancar Farm and Hazel Gap Barn.
