"Tina was absolutely fantastic for her work providing a fabulous gluten free wedding cake and cupcakes for guests with other allergies for our wedding. The cake not only looked sensational, was absolutely in line with what we'd discussed we wanted taking into account our flowers and colour scheme, it also tasted fantastic!
We found Tina easy to work with and great at delivery, I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic wedding cake with peace of mind that it's suitable for those who are coeliac or gluten intolerant. You would never know it was gluten free, it tasted like a fantastic normaly made cake which is hard to find with gluten free cakes!"
