About our Cakes
We make all of our cakes from scratch using wherever possible, Nottinghamshire organic soft milled wheat flour AND for our gluten intolerant clients we have our own exceptional blend of gluten free flour for superb performance. We use fair trade and responsibly sourced ingredients. We pick our own berries, use fresh British butter, free range eggs and prefer not to use jam or flavouring from a bottle. Instead, we make everything ourselves in small batches just for your order. Our red currants, worcester berries, elderflowers and rose petals are picked locally and we use these in our fruit reductions, caramels, and curds. Gluten-free is available on all flavours. Your cake can be covered in our signature smooth buttercream, homemade vegan frosting or our luxury icing which is free from all allergens. We believe that how we produce our cakes and confections, our commitment to customer service and our passion for edible art is what sets Celebrity Cakes apart.

Madagascan Vanilla with red berries
A twist on the Victoria sandwich, layers of vanilla sponge are moistened with vanilla syrup and filled with Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream and Raspberry and Redcurrant freshly made fruit reduction. Seedless raspberry is also available.
Madagascan Vanilla with mixed berries
Madagascan vanilla bean sponge moistened with vanilla syrup and filled with our smooth signature Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream and Raspberry, Redcurrant, Strawberry, Blueberry and Blackberry freshly made fruit reduction.
Light and refreshing, layers of lemon sponge are made with the zest and juice of Spanish Primofiore lemons, drizzled with lemon syrup and sandwiched together with our smooth signature Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream and lush and heavenly lemon curd which has been made with organic butter, organic free range eggs, sugar and lemon juice.

Chocolate Truffle Sponge
For the serious chocolate lover, a rich dark chocolate cake made with high-quality Belgian Chocolate. These lovely chocolate layers are filled with your choice of decadent Belgian chocolate ganache or our with our smooth signature Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream
A beautiful decadent layer cake comprising of alternate layers of our Belgian chocolate sponge and Madagascan Vanilla sponge cakes. These alternate layers are then filled with Worcesterberry compote which is made with hand picked Nottinghamshire Worcesterberries and our smooth signature Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream.
Milk Chocolate Orange Valencia with Cointreau
Our Chocolate Truffle cake with the addition of Valencia orange zest and filled with Milk Chocolate Orange Ganache and fresh orange and Cointreau reduction make this an intense chocolate orange delight.
With the taste of Arabia, this cakes divine Madagascan Vanilla sponge layers have simply the best rose petal homemade syrup and with our smooth signature Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream.
One of our most popular flavours, Fresh Raspberry sponge layers moistened with vanilla syrup and filled with Fresh Raspberry Buttercream and a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache.
Fresh Raspberry sponge layers filled with a raspberry and Chambord compote and our smooth signature Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream with a touch of Chambord.
Here we take our luscious lemon sponge which is made with the zest and juice of Spanish Primofiore lemons and sandwich it together with our smooth signature buttercream in Lavender and lemon.
Belgian chocolate cake with a hint of espresso. We moisten these cake layers with handmade freshly ground bean to cup espresso coffee syrup and fill with milk chocolate espresso coffee ganache and our smooth signature Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream.
Toffee and Caramel Delight
Layers of Toffee sponge filled with homemade caramel and our smooth signature Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream.
Elderflower or Elderflower with Lemon (seasonal)
Pure homemade elderflower syrup drizzled sponge cake layers in your choice of Madagascan Vanilla or Lemon accompanied with our signature smooth elderflower Buttercream.
New for 2019 an update for our Pink Champagne cake from previous years. Madagascan vanilla sponge layers are moistened with Prosecco syrup and layered with our very own white chocolate prosecco ganache. A fruit compote can be added to make this cake blush.
Chocolate Truffle Pecan
Toasted Pecans, Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream and our delightful handmade caramel accompanied with layers of our finest Belgian chocolate sponge cake and finished in Belgian Chocolate Ganache. Decadence on a plate.
Made from glorious stem ginger and unrefined fair trade sugars, this spiced cake was a new addition to our range for 2018. Made originally as a grooms cake. This cake was so well received, we simply had to include it on our menu. It comes as a 3 inch high complimentary tier for an iced cake and is covered in dark Belgian Chocolate Ganache and luxury Swiss icing to match your colour scheme.
Signature Fruit Cake
A delicious rich fruit cake made to our very own secret recipe. Made without candied peel or other nasty bits. This gorgeous cake is Infused with craft ale (including gluten free) and Grand Marnier Cognac D’Orange. Our fruit cake is finished with a layer of marzipan and our luxury Swiss Icing.
