A lot of thought, skill and attention is put into how we make all of our confections, cakes and fillings, so that every element of your order is handmade from scratch. From the fruit compote fillings to the buttery caramels and curds. We are award winning because of our passion for this and our ethos on how we source our ingredients and make our cakes and confections.

Your cake can be covered in your choice of signature smooth buttercream, Belgian chocolate ganache and luxury icing or Italian Rolled Chocolate.

If the chocolate truffle sponge is the King of chocolate cakes then Red Velvet is the Queen! The basis of this cake is buttermilk and as such it is not so chocolatey and has a more mild flavour. We pare it with our signature smooth Madagascan Vanilla Bean Buttercream and a hint of cream cheese.
Madagascan Vanilla with mixed berries
Vanilla bean sponge moistened with vanilla syrup and filled with our smooth signature Vanilla Buttercream and Raspberry, organic Redcurrant, Strawberry, Blueberry, Blackberry and blackcurrant freshly made fruit reduction.
This is the only exception to our own rule and added during the second lockdown. Available for children's birthday cakes. Little mouths aren't always familiar with fruit compotes, so our Vanilla sponge filled with our smooth signature Vanilla bean Buttercream and luxury Strawberry preserve came into existence, just for them. Welcome Victoria Strawberry.
Layers of lemon sponge are made with the zest and juice of Spanish Primofiore lemons, drizzled with lemon syrup and sandwiched together with our smooth signature Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream and tart lemon curd.
Chocolate Truffle Sponge
For the serious chocolate lover, a rich dark chocolate cake made with melted Belgian dark chocolate. Filled with Belgian chocolate buttercream.
A beautiful decadent layer cake comprising of alternate layers of our Belgian chocolate sponge and Madagascan Vanilla sponge. These alternate layers are then filled with Worcesterberry compote which is made with hand picked organic Nottinghamshire Worcesterberries and our smooth signature Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream.
Milk Chocolate Orange with Cointreau
Our Chocolate Truffle cake with the addition of Valencia orange zest and filled with Milk Chocolate Orange Ganache and fresh orange and Cointreau reduction make this an intense chocolate orange delight.
With the taste of Arabia, this cakes divine Madagascan Vanilla sponge layers have simply the best rose petal homemade syrup and with our smooth signature Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream.
One of our most popular flavours, Fresh Raspberry sponge layers moistened with vanilla syrup and filled with Fresh Raspberry Buttercream and a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache.
Raspberry and White Chocolate
Fresh Raspberry sponge layers moistened with vanilla syrup and filled with Fresh Raspberry Buttercream and a layer of White Belgian chocolate ganache.
Fresh Raspberry sponge layers filled with a raspberry and Chambord compote and our smooth signature Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream with a touch of Chambord.
Alternate layers of Strawberry, Chocolate and Madagascan Vanilla Bean sponge Layers sandwiched together with real strawberry buttercream. For those who simply can't decide!
Belgian chocolate cake with a hint of espresso. We moisten these cake layers with handmade freshly ground bean to cup espresso coffee syrup and fill with alternate layers of milk chocolate espresso coffee ganache and our smooth signature Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream.
Layers of Toffee sponge filled with homemade caramel and our smooth signature Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream.
Elderflower or Elderflower with Lemon (seasonal)
Pure homemade elderflower syrup drizzled sponge cake layers in your choice of Madagascan Vanilla or Lemon accompanied with our signature smooth elderflower Buttercream.
Chocolate Truffle Pecan
Toasted Pecans, Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream and our delightful handmade caramel accompanied with layers of our finest Belgian chocolate sponge cake and finished in Belgian Chocolate Ganache. Decadence on a plate.
Glorious stem ginger and unrefined fair trade sugars, and spice. Our recommended paring is dark Belgian Chocolate Ganache and luxury Swiss icing to match your colour scheme.
Rich Fruit Cake
A delicious rich fruit cake made to our very own recipe. This gorgeous cake is Infused with Cognac and finished with a layer of marzipan and luxury Icing.
